The Vale of Glamorgan Youth Forum meets monthly in the Civic Offices in Holton Road, Barry. We talk about things that matter to young people and try to get any issues resolved. We make sure that young people get an opportunity to have a say about services, development plans or new laws that will have a impact young people.
Because being a VYF member helps the local community, the voluntary time with the VYF towards counts towards the voluntary section of DofE and Star Volunteer Awards. We will be developing training courses to help young people with the skills and knowledge they need to be a good VYF representative.
